In case your curious, here’s a few factoids about me and my 25 years of experience and a little insight into why I chose Internet Marketing as a Profession. I’ve worked with quite a few Internet start-up companies in my time. [BlueLine/OnLine, Bidcom, Citadon, and e-Builder just to name a few] and I helped raise tens of millions of dollars in Venture Capital in the process, so I was very much involved in the dotcom explosion and its subsequent meltdown in the late `90s.

Back in 1995, I co-Founded a small company called it 1-(800) GETBIDS.com. Back then, the Baby Bells we not at all that hip to what the Internet could do, but we did get BELLSOUTH to work with us in the early stages of our development. B2B Portals wasn’t a common term back in those days. eBay hadn’t become a household name yet and Google was still on the drawing board with the two young guys from Stanford. Ultimately, we sold the GETBIDS domain and the vanity 800# to a savvy entrepreneur in Silicon Valley who has since morphed it into a B2B listing directory service offering.

My focus nowadays is working on unique ways to monetize digital content and working with smart creative and like minded people who like to think out of the box and enjoy pushing the envelope, especially when it comes to leveraging the massive growth we re seeing in Social Media Marketing. My Blog will endeavor to provide my readers with useful information and content on How To Build, Grow and Manage an Online Business by leveraging Social Media Network and Bookmarking sites.
