1) Nearly all the twitter users are fed-up with repeating tweets. The system has become spammy .

2) Its coz of repeating tweets webmasters use this. If this features is turned off, no great personality will use it.</description>

It is important to note that the services sited above as being a solution to Twitter turning off the ability to have recurring messages also apply to both software tools you stated.  We&#039;ve been informed that Tycoon and TweetLabs have both been contacted by Twitter to remove the recurring features as well.

While we disagree with Twitter&#039;s decision to force Twaitter to remove recurring tweets, we abide by it as we wish to remain a respected member of the developer community.  

Twaitter still fully supports scheduling of tweets.  The article seems to imply that it doesn&#039;t.
