Here’s the situation. You finally decided its time to migrate your non-performing static website to the WordPress platform. You made this decision because most of the compelling sites you have personally visited that have it together are using WordPress.
Large publishers, high tech portals and small business owners alike run their online operations using the WordPress publishing platform. Websites like: Mashable, Forbes, Fox News, Chris Brogan and Yoast all use and compete online using WordPress. So now its your turn to take your online presence to the next level.
OK, you know what you want, but you’re not sure where to get it or who to get it from? You know you want a World Class WordPress Website. So you search Google for Word Press Website Design or some variation of that search phrase that will point you towards a Web Dev shop that knows how to package your unique selling proposition and render it smartly and effectively using a dynamic WordPress theme. For argument’s sake, let’s suppose you found a Web Dev shop that you believe can deliver what you need at an affordable price and within a time frame you can live with.
The fact of the matter is; even if you have an impressive website, running on the WordPress platform with a clear call to action (above the fold) with a strong video elevator pitch that educates and motivates and stimulates your web visitor to perform the precise steps you need them to execute in order to enter your sale funnel — even with all that great stuff in place — unless you have a solid WordPress SEO results strategy that will bring the right traffic (aka) targeted traffic to your site, you’re apt to find yourself wondering why you’re not making any sales?
Achieving WordPress SEO results (page 1 SERP) is not as hard as some SEO guys claim. Rather, achieving impressive WordPress SEO Results is quite doable if you have the right skills and follow a proven methodology. In other words, if you execute the right steps, in the right order, using best practices methodologies, its not all that difficult. I prepared a Slideshare Presentation that shows some of our WordPress SEO results achieved over the past few months for a variety of highly competitive longtail keyword phrases in the Uber competitive Internet Marketing space.
Now that Yahoo Site Explorer is no longer available, here is a new source to check your links.
WordPress SEO Results | SERP
I chose these SERP’s because, in the Internet Marketing SEO space, knowing how to build back links, optimizing a blog post article, optimizing and syndicating video content (video marketing) being able to get ranked on page 1 of Google and having the tools and use them at an expert level to achieve WordPress SEO results comes with the territory. Anything is easy if you know how. What frustrates a lot of small business people I speak with; they don’t know what they don’t know.
Each of these entries includes the following metrics:
- Keyword Phrase (Longtail 3+ words)
- Google Results (# of competing pages)
- SERP Ranking (Page 1 and Position #)
- Screen Shot of My (actual) SERP Results
You can click the TOP entry to see the actual Google search and SERP for each keyword phrase. Or you can simply view the screen shot I took of the actual SERP result. Either way, all of these searches have over 1 million competing pages. Therefore, I submit that if I can get ranked for these competitive keywords, odds are, I can do it for your niche market, faster and cheaper than most anyone else you will talk with.

WordPress SEO Results Summary
When choosing an SEO shop that claims they can provide WordPress SEO results, ask them to show you the results they got for their site! Unless they can do it for their own content, how can you expect them to be able to do it for your site? Anybody can say anything. It’s an entirely different matter when you have to Trust but Verify the Results.
